COVID-19 has changed the world, fundamentally altering the way consumers and businesses think, operate, and interact with one another. Like many others, this pandemic turned our world upside down, and with many of our customers falling under the classification of “essential” business entities, it created an incredible sense of urgency to react. Because now more than ever, when consumers reach out to the brands they trust, we need to be there to help them stay connected, find solutions and provide them with the trustworthy care they depend on.
This was a huge undertaking, but by investing in the right technologies, security, training, and most importantly our people, we were able to transition 100% of our employees spread across locations in North America, Asia and Central America to work-from-home in just three weeks. Our CEO, Jim Beré added, “This was only possible because of the hard work and dedication of our employees, and now we can confidently say, we are stronger than ever.”
