With a career at Alta spanning over two decades, Pat began as a Program Director in 1995 and has become a trusted advisor to brands seeking to elevate their customer experience and drive meaningful business results.
His deep expertise in leading high-performing sales-as-a-service teams and cultivating long-term client relationships has been instrumental in building trust and consistently delivering on strategic goals.
Pat is widely respected for his insights into procurement, operational best practices, sales strategy, and innovative problem-solving. He’s been closely involved with clients across Alta’s portfolio, helping to design tailored solutions aligned with each brand’s unique objectives.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Personnel Management.
