Since joining the company, Andres has been driving revenue expansion, developing and executing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships across the region. His role also includes overseeing marketing initiatives to meet organizational growth objectives, as well as leading the company’s project office in Latin America.
With extensive international experience in brand innovation, growth, and digital marketing, Andres has worked with leading CPG companies and disruptive Food Tech startups, shaping the future of various industries through transformative initiatives. His deep understanding of market dynamics, coupled with his hands-on leadership in sales and customer experience, makes him uniquely positioned to lead Alta Resources’ growth efforts in Latin America.
Andres holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, along with postgraduate studies in Strategic Marketing from CESA and a management program at Inalde. He has also been a Consultant, Board Member, and also an Expert Mentor at Rockstart, a renowned startup accelerator. His background in both corporate strategy and entrepreneurship allows him to bring a fresh perspective to Alta’s operations, blending innovative thinking with a results-oriented approach. Fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese, Andres is passionate about cultural diversity and continuous learning, qualities that help him lead and inspire teams across different markets and regions.
